Carmelo is 16.0 Hands, bay with dorsal stripe, black mane and tail, and black stockings. Carmelo is trained to dance, bow, lay down, and sit back. He does the Spanish Walk, Passage, and extended trot. He has done PARADES, TRAIL AND BEACH RIDES, AND BEEN AROUND CATTLE.
His sire, SANTICO MIO, is an extremely intelligent stallion, with all the traditional Spanish qualities and movement, and Santico was the first "outside" horse allowed to train in classical dressage under Gabriella Herrmann, of "The Original Herrmann's Royal Lipizzan Stallions of Austria" as well as being selected for breeding to their stock mares in order to bring new Spanish blood into the their ancient Lipizzan bloodlines.
Carmelo's GRAND SIRE is the MULTI-CHAMPION STALLION BRAVIO, who earned incredible honors during his career as a showing, breeding and exhibition stallion.
