WNFR #7 Ride Your Own Dream! We dare not compare ourselves with one another…” 2 Cor 10.12 Stay in the saddle of God’s dream for you and ride it as your own. God’s dream in you is His power to ride into your destiny. Close your eyes and focus on God’s dream in your heart, not comparing yourself to others. If you compare yourself to others you become powerless and your dream dies. The ten spies (Num 13) compared themselves to the giants and their dream shrank to grasshopper size and died. At the same time two champs, Caleb and Joshua, looked with faith to God’s dream inside. It became bigger than the giants. They said, “The Lord is with us!” and rode their dream to their own destiny (Num 14). You can too! Goliath became a loser when he compared himself to the size of David. Pride brought him down. David looked to the size of God’s dream inside him and said, “ I come in the name of the Lord.” That was enough to take the victory for God and His people. Key thought: Never compare.
Learn from others but ride your own dream with God.
